I was lucky enough to be there last night and it was a very special event - made even more moving by the very personal connection many had with suicide and the loss of loved ones. It is hugely inspiring to listen to such a varied group of historians who, as you say Nathen, are also consummate performers. And what an amazing venue too - it's the first time I've been to an evening event at Southwark Cathedral and the soft lighting and candlelight added to the wonderful atmosphere.
It would have been good to catch up but I didn't realise 6:15 was the start not the doors so I missed out valuable hobnobbing time beforehand. Next time!

I did try to come over a couple of times but got waylaid. Definitely next time!
